The seven Charkas are: Muladhara, (first charka), Svadhisthana, (second charka),
Manipura, (third charka), Anahata, (heart charka) Visuddha, (throat charka), Ajna, (third eye charka) and Sahasrara (crown
charka).
The seven stones are: Jade, Smoky Quartz, Tiger Eye, Rose Quartz, Agate,
Amethyst, and Crystal.
Jade is the most respected stone in the Orient known for

for its reputed ability to strengthen the kidneys which are associated with the first charka. Green jade creates clam, peace,
and harmony and counteracts negative emotions. It works from the root Charka.
Smoky Quartz is very helpful in overcoming depression and
severe mood swings and is mildly sedating and relaxing. It is famous for balancing sexual energy and aids in fertility. It
is specially nurturing for the second charka.
Tiger Eye has been worn for centuries as protection against
evil eye and spells. It is useful in slowing down the third charka and flushing out excess energy. Said to be very
helpful against hypochondria and psychosomatic illnesses.
Rose Quartz sometimes is called love stone, it
aids in the development of compassion and love and famous to guild its owner how to give and receive love. It is perfect for
the heart charka.
Agate can reverse the energy flow in any charka, thus removing
blockages and illnesses. It helps the throat charka because it strengthens the mind and body communication. Black agate is
especially good for prosperity and courage.
Amethyst is associated with the third eye, and it is often
called the Spiritual Crystal. It purifies your Ajna charka and connects you with the spiritual world to receive guidance.
