Step 3 - Homework
We will schedule an appointment with you when we receive your request.
The
following information is needed to begin our consultation work:
- Information on
the previous owner. Anything you know will help.
- Floor plan of
your space.
- Site blue print
or site plan. You usually get this when you purchase the property.
- Information concerning your
neighborhood, for example, any public facilities, nearby industrial parks, high ways, etc.
Step 4 - Payment and Deliverable
Payment by personal check or cash is acceptable. The first half is paid
at the consultation site as a deposit for our work, and the remaining will be paid when our work is completed.
The beneficial results you
will receive:
- Detailed analysis
of the site based on your BaGua or BaGua's in writing.
- Detailed suggestions
(room by room) for enhancing the project area.
- Recommended remedies
(room by room) if any.
- Assistance shopping
for specific remedies, if requested.
- Follow up phone
calls, or visit if needed.
- A guaranteed
happier feeling about yourself and your environment.
- An obvious achievement
of harmony in your personal/family life.
- An inevitable success in
your career or financial gains in your business.
We have our own team for
cleaning, painting, and general contracting if this type of work is being considered. There is no obligation to use
our contractors. However, we guarantee the lowest price in the market for performing similar tasks. Our goal is
to make things work for you.
Fee Chart
- The home Feng Shui Consultation covers TWO visits. The first visit is to perform the reading, measurement and provide
the detailed recommendation list. The second visit
is to check the completion of the Feng Shui work.
The fee of online application is $550.00 ($50.00 off the regular price of $600.00).
The fee for a business site varies, please call for the pricing.
We also provide Home Clearance/Blessing Ceremony. $250.00
per visit.
